On these catalog pages we're recommending a few of our favorite instruments and electrical safety products. We utilize this equipment in our Electrical Training Seminars and find it accurate and easy to use. We believe that you, too, will be very satisfied with it. For each instrument, we are also listing some important optional accessories that will let you put together a complete electrical test equipment package that includes everything you will need to obtain maximum benefit from these fine instruments.

Additional Shipping Charges Due to weight, books and certain other items may require an additional shipping up-charge. If required, this additional amount will be shown in the catalog and in the shopping cart description which is viewed at Checkout. The up-charge amount will be added to the selected shipping method amount. It is difficult to estimate shipping charges for expedited shipping (Second Day and Next Day Air) and to Alaska and Hawaii. If shipping exceeds the amount shown (shipping amount plus any indicated up-charge), we will contact you by email before processing your order . You will be contacted before your payment is processed and with your approval the amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping cost. (We'd rather do this than to artificially elevate all of our shipping costs to cover these circumstances.) Your final invoice will reflect the actual amount you approved. We reserve the right to cancel orders if our shipping costs are not adequately covered. If you prefer, Contact Us in advance of your order and we can give you a firm shipping cost. Method Our
normal shipping method is UPS Ground, allow 3 - 5 Days for delivery. UPS
will not deliver to a Post Office Box; provide a street address for your
ship-to-address. Your final invoice will summarize your order and include the shipping
method, estimated delivery, UPS tracking number, and actual shipping and handling charges.
Small books may be shipped priority mail. Damage In the event of shipping damage - do not notify Kilowatt Classroom - notify the shipping carrier immediately.
